MANILA, Philippines -- Asian elite champion Monica Torres sustained her energy despite dealing with an upset stomach to clinch the gold in women's duathlon on Monday at the Subic Bay Boardwalk. Torres ruled the 10-km run, 40-km bike, 5-km run event, finishing in 2 hours, 8 minutes and 44 seconds.
