A backpacker who is 'lucky to be alive' after breaking her neck diving into a shallow bar pool in Thailand is to run 5k following a miraculous recovery. Sophie Wilson, 24, was unable to move from the waist down after diving into a pool just six-days into a planned six-month trip around Asia.
