Futures pointed to a higher open for Japanese stocks, while shares in Australia edged higher in early trade. Investors will watch for market reaction to U.S. President Donald Trump's signing into law a bill backing protestors in Hong Kong, according to a White House statement. Overnight stateside, stocks rose in yet another record session.
