Staff Reporter. Islamabad. Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms Makhdum Khusro Bakhtiar on Thursday said that regional connectivity through road, rail and maritime routes, would increase the trade and economic integration between South Asia, Middle East, and Central Asia (SAMECA).
