Snoh Ice Shavery in downtown Phoenix is closing its doors on Sunday, Nov. 10, after three years, the shop's owner confirmed to The Arizona Republic on Tuesday afternoon. The dessert shop serves Asian-style shaved ice with a mish-mash of toppings and condensed milk.
