Deputy Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam, who will be undertaking an official visit to the United States during November 8-17, will receive an award in Chicago. Instituted by the American Multi Ethnic Coalition, the award — Rising Star of the Year - Asia — will be presented to him on November 10.
