NONTHABURI, ThailandPresident Rodrigo Duterte said Monday he wants Western countries to stop shipping their garbage marked as “recyclables” to developing Asian countries. The President said the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia were among those that became dumping grounds for hazardous shipments.
