Six Flags Entertainment Corp. (NYSE: SIX) has named Mike Spanos as president and chief executive officer, the company announced last week. Effective Nov. 18, the former CEO of PepsiCo, Asia, Middle East and North Africa, will become the leader the world’s largest regional theme park company and largest operator of waterparks in North America.
