(Bloomberg) -- Stocks in Asia headed for mixed start Friday after U.S. equities edged higher, while weakness in Amazon.com Inc. earnings weighed on Nasdaq futures. Treasuries were steady and the dollar advanced. Equity futures in Japan and Hong Kong were flat, while Australian contracts advanced.
