With a few other lawmakers and some media practitioners, I had the pleasure of seeing for myself last Wednesday the nearly completed New Clark City Sports Complex in Capas, Tarlac. The construction of the facilities is ongoing as scheduled, and everything that is needed for the coming Southeast (SEA) Asian Games will surely be finished on time.
