SEOUL -- South Korea's central bank is set to cut its key rate on Wednesday after Asia's fourth-largest economy slid into deflation last month as the U.S.-China trade war hits growth and exports. After easing in July for the first time in three years, the Bank of Korea is projected to make a 25 basis point cut to 1.
