SINGAPORE (Reuters) - Noble Group Holdings said Paul Brough, who rescued the once mighty commodity trader from near-collapse, had stepped down as executive chairman. It named James Dubow, the Asia head of turnaround firm Alvarez & Marsal, as its non-executive chairman.
