The Indian Technical and Economic Co-operation (ITEC) programme has seen more than 400 Trinidadians and Tobagonians visit India to study several courses over the years. On October 5, ITEC Day was celebrated with ITEC alumni and other distinguished guests in an evening function, at the Passage to Asia restaurant in Chaguanas.
