(Bloomberg) -- Stocks in Asia looked set to decline following a drop in U.S. equities and gains for sovereign bonds amid concern tensions with China are escalating just days before high-level talks between officials from the world’s biggest economies. Futures retreated in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Sydney.
