As global trade volumes continue to fall, air cargo rates are hitting their lowest levels in four years,
(JOC). Peter Stallion, an analyst at Freight Investor Services (FIS), told JOC that air cargo rates out of Asia in Aug. and Sept. have generally been a good indication of what to expect in 4Q.
