The Lukoil Lubricants Central Asia plant was launched Sept. 20 in the Ili district of the Almaty Region. The facility, with a capacity of 100,000 tonnes of product per year, will produce 800 types of oils. Production is designed to provide lubricants for the domestic market and Afghanistan, Central Asia, China and Mongolia.
