The Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation launched its 25th anniversary season with a concert by multi-genre pianist and composer David Benoit on Saturday, Sept. 21. Joining the South Bay native and Grammy winner were the Young Aja band and the Asia America Youth Symphony before a packed house at Torrance’s Armstrong Theater.
