)--Malaysia based conglomerate Hong Leong Group and global alternative asset firm TPG announced today that they have entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire Columbia Asia Hospitals in South East Asia. The transaction, estimated at USD 1.2 billion, is expected to close at the end of 2019.
