Asian stock prices rose Wednesday after oil prices fell back and Wall Street advanced. Benchmarks in Tokyo, Shanghai and Hong Kong all gained. Markets steadied following a decline Tuesday in crude prices that spiked after a weekend attack on a Saudi soil facility.
