DAVAO CITY --Orthodox Froilan "The Sniper" Saludar of Polomolok, South Cotabato will fight Tsubasa Murachi of Japan for the World Boxing Organization Asia Pacific super flyweight title on Sept. 21 at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo. The 30-year old Saludar (30W-3L-1D, 21KO) TKO'd Jonathan Francisco of Zamboanga City in the 2nd round last Feb.
