Jaishankar, who is in Singapore on a visit from 6 to 10 September, made the comments while speaking at the Mint Asia Leadership Summit here attended by around 400 delegates. His comments came amidst heightened tensions between India and Pakistan after New Delhi revoked the special status to Jammu and Kashmir on 5 August.
