Hanoi (VNA) – President of the Republic of Korea (RoK) Moon Jae-in on September 5 unveiled Seoul’s strategy on enhancing cooperation between the RoK with Southeast Asian countries around the Mekong River, reported Yonhap news Agency. The RoK President announced the “Mekong Vision” after talks with Lao leaders in Vientiane.
