QINGDAO, Sept. 5 (Xinhua) -- The 2019 East Asia Marine Cooperation Platform (EAMCP) Qingdao Forum opened Thursday in the coastal city of Qingdao, east China's Shandong Province. Themed "Towards Greater Openness and Connectivity," the three-day event is sponsored by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Shandong provincial government.
