Donald Trump fired off a series of tweets, accusing China of taking 'advantage' of the US. The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative also said existing tariffs on another $250 billion in Chinese imports would go from 25 per cent to 30 per cent on October 1 after receiving feedback from the public.
