MANILA Mindanao once again won the top crown in the Mutya Pilipinas pageant. After Sharifa Akeel of Sultan Kudarat, it was the turn of Davaoeña beauty Klyza Castro to wear the Mutya Pilipinas Asia Pacific International crown.
Castro has big shoes to fill Akeel, after all, won Miss Asia Pacific....
