At an Aug. 15 shareholder meeting, a majority of shareholders agreed to purchase Seafood Services (Iceland), as well as Icelandic Japan, Icelandic China, and Iceland Hong Kong, from Utgerdarfelagi Reykjavikur (UR). Some 88.9% of shareholders voted for the acquisitions, which will be financed by issuing new shares.
