Washington (VNA) – Ta Ngoc Van, Chief Lawyer at a Hanoi-based charity organisation that rescues women and children in crisis, has been named in the 2019 Class of Asia 39 Young Leaders by the Asia Society from the US. The 13th class is made up of 39 leaders under the age of 40 from 31 countries across the Asia Pacific region.
