Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that enduring peace and prosperity in South Asia will remain elusive until the main dynamic in the region is shifted from confrontation to co-operation. He was addressing the 19th meeting of Shanghai Co-operation Council (SCO) Council of Heads of State in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
