WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Acting U.S. Defence Secretary Patrick Shanahan will meet China’s defence minister at an Asia defence forum in Singapore, a senior U.S. defence official said on Friday, at a time of strained relations between Beijing and Washington over trade and security.
