A North Plains man has pleaded not guilty to first-degree forgery, first-degree theft and first-degree aggravated theft for allegedly embezzling more than $150,000 from St. Pius X School in the Cedar Mill area of Washington County. Anthony Vuky, 45, made the plea Tuesday at his arraignment in Washington County Circuit Court.
