A North Plains man has pleaded not guilty to first-degree forgery, first-degree theft and first-degree aggravated theft after more than $150,000 was embezzled from St. Pius X School in Washington County's Cedar Mill area. Anthony Vuky, 45, made the plea Tuesday at his Washington County Circuit Court arraignment.
