The employees were recruited by Joint Alliance Staffing, based in the Tampa area, to work at the Country Fresh plant in Gray Court. As of Tuesday evening, at least 30 of the workers have decided to stay in the Upstate after being offered jobs at the same plant by a different staffing company, Effex Management Solutions.
