|
BELMONT, N.C. - A splintered utility pole in Belmont that's roped together with caution tape is leaning dangerously over Central Avenue near West Woodrow Avenue. A tree branch and some caution tape is all that is holding up the pole that has been endangering drivers for 10 days.
