FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - A government watchdog advocate in Kentucky says he has filed a complaint seeking an investigation into Gov. Matt Bevin's connection to a Louisville-area mansion. Richard Beliles, chairman of Common Cause Kentucky, says his complaint was filed with the state's Executive Branch Ethics Commission.
