It's the 54th anniversary of Africa Day, which is celebrated by dozens of countries across the continent. This year's theme is "New Era of Africa's Responsibility for Freedom, Peace and Unity". Chinwe Akomah from the African Communities Forum said anyone was welcome to come along.
