MONROE, N.C. - A Monroe pastor was parked in his church parking lot Thursday when he said a metal object, that weighed nearly 2 pounds, "fell from the sky." Christopher Griffin said he was inside when it happened, but heard the bang. "The first thing I thought was somebody threw it," he said.
