HOUSTON Kelci Johnston - Televangelist and pastor Joel Osteen is being criticized on social media for using the "Hook 'Em" hand sign at his son's graduation from the University of Texas. In a photo posted to Osteen's Twitter account, Osteen can be seen posing with his son, Jonathan, while making the hand gesture, which resembles horns.
