They say a white SUV hit 52-year-old Christopher Meade on the outer loop in front of the Texas Roadhouse. Members of Crosspoint Church in Taylorsville confirm Meade is the congregation's pastor. Members said he was having dinner with his family and stepped outside to grab something from the car.
