Kashimbila, Taraba State, Nigeria 13 May 2017 : Water retained by the Kashimbila Multipurpose Dam built by the Federal government in Takum Local Government Area in Taraba State has been rising and flooding parts of Nigeria and has also submerged villages in three subdivisions in the Cameroons. Work on the dam in Kashimbila located at Latitude 6.
