EAST TEXAS (KLTV) - Tyler Police Department is reacting to a new law concerning immigration, saying the department does not anticipate that the legislation will have an impact on procedures. Sunday, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed into law Senate Bill 4, also known as the Texas Sanctuary City law.
