Shareholders of Nigerian Breweries Plc have approved a dividend of N28.4 billion for the 2016 financial year. The dividend, approved at the company’s 71st Annual General Meeting held in Lagos on Wednesday, translates to N3.58 per share and is 25 percent lower than N38.059 billion declared as dividend in the previous year.
