THE Niger Delta Revolutionary Crusaders, NDRC, a militant group, yesterday, threatened to call off its existing ceasefire and restart hostilities in the Niger Delta region if within 14 days, the Federal Government disregarded its five-point demand, including inauguration of a panel to negotiate with the Pan Niger Delta Forum, PANDEF.
