The talk was titled, "Flint: What Really Happened?" An "excessive" number of main breaks was one of several "confounding factors that you never hear anybody talk about," argued Feighner, who said Flint had 312 main breaks in 2014 and 277 in 2015, but only 153 in 2013 and 138 in 2016.
