Aiken County Council has decided not to consider a saggy pants ordinance, according County Councilman Andrew Siders. After talking with members of the community on Friday, Siders said he and fellow Councilman Willar Hightower, who was also in support of the idea, decided the proposal won't make it past the attorney's desk.
