From: Oluseye Ojo, Ibadan. The Oyo State Signage and Advertising Agency (OYSAA) has sealed 50 billboards in Ibadan metropolis, said to be illegal, unapproved. The action was carried out during the just concluded two-day enforcement exercise personally led by the agency’s Director General, Pastor Yinka Adepoju.
