LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - The sentencing of Warren Lewis continued Wednesday morning. Lewis, 39, pleaded guilty to a charge with first-degree felony murder in connection to the shooting death of Billy Carter on the night of September 4, 2016. The first witness to take the stand was Angelina County Probation Officer Mark French.
