By Desmond Davies- London Bureau London, April 19, GNA - The Rwandan government has about 400 requests for the extradition of fugitives accused of taking part in the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi that saw one million people killed in three months, the country's High Commissioner in London, Yamina Karitanyi, has said.
