| Shahan to get passport back after murder charge dropped |

A former Homewood pastor, charged with murder before the case was dismissed earlier this month, will get his passport back. Court records filed yesterday showed the Jefferson County circuit clerk is ordered to return Richard Shahan's passport. The passport was taken as a condition of the 55-year-old's bond by retired District Judge Shelly Watkins.
