Columbus. Jerald W. Baker, 74, of Columbus, passed away at 11:23 a.m. on Wednesday, April 12, surrounded by his family at IU Health in Indianapolis. Jerald was born July 30, 1942, in Burney, the son of Leslie C. and Donna M. Carter Baker. He was a 1960 graduate of Burney High School and was married to Mary C.
