The Ottawa International Airport Authority is vowing to appeal council’s approval of a new Salvation Army church in Barrhaven to the Ontario Municipal Board. The organization plans to build an 18,000-square foot facility at 102 Bill Leathem Dr., with worship space, a gymnasium, a commercial kitchen, meeting space and offices.
